Worried...

Wow its been such a long time since I have visited this blog. Kitten has been very busy with nursing school, work, and animals. However, Kitten is very worried today because I have been unable to get a hold of Lil Kitten. My Lil Sis has finished college, moved an hour and half away, and became engaged since I last wrote about her. This summer has been so hectic because I had summer clinicals for school, worked at my father's clinic as a Medical Assistant, and studied so I have no had much time to talk with Lil. Well, I noticed she was not responding to my text and emails about a week ago and that worried me but I figured she must be busy. Well Cowgirl called to worry me some more by saying that she had gestational hypertension and the baby was breach (It's a girl!!!!!) so she is having a C section tomorrow. While that worried me what she told me worried me even more. She had been trying to get a hold of Lil Kitten for two days and had not been able to. Cowgirl called Lil Kitten's cousin who said that he was also not able to reach Lil Sis. After I finished talking to Cowgirl, I rushed to find Lil Sis's number and called but was informed by a message that the number had been disconnected. Then I passed worried and became really afraid something had happened so I sent a message to Lil Kitten's fiancee though FB ( I don't have his cell). Now I'm waiting and patients is not my greatest virtues right now. I hope Lil Kitten is okay...

Since I have not written in a year I suppose I can do a little update to take my mind off Lil Sis. I am now in my second semester of my junior year in nursing school. While classes have started for everyone else, mine do not start till Friday. However I get paid back for having a few extra days off by having to attend a lab Saturday which is from 9 am to 5 pm!!!! ( Really professors did you plan to ruin or weekend or was it just an accidental benefit?!) I have only 2 classes this year: Medical Surgical II and Pediatrics. Both are very intense classes so I suppose I'll have no rest for 4 months. I am now living by myself and I have 3 cats and a dog. Actually I have a cat, two demon kittens, and a dog who thinks he is still a pup. After living on my own for a year I can say that I think I prefer it. My animals keep me with plenty of company. Thankfully my house is close to where I work and also close to mom's so I can still see her often. Really that's all my updates. Nothing happens much because I'm so busy with classes and work.

I have stopped reading romance novels right now because they stopped being interesting. I've moved back to reading manga and watching anime. My favorite manga right now is Black Butler followed by Higurashi and then Shakugan No Shana. Both are great in manga and in anime. Sometime I might write about them separately and do a review. I also have many new artists that I'm listening to that I would like to write about. Hopefully I'll be able to make it back here  without letting another year going by.
